Brittany Mahomes, co-owner of the Kansas City Current and wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, has stated that her newborn daughter, Golden Raye, will not be appearing on her social media for the foreseeable future. The decision comes after some confusion among fans regarding a recent social media post.
Clarification on Social Media
The decision to keep Golden out of the spotlight for now came after trainer Betina Gozo Shimonek shared a video of herself watching her own daughter, Makoa, and Golden Raye during a workout session.
Brittany reposted the video but clarified that while Makoa’s face was visible, Golden was in a stroller and not seen. “I think I need to clarify, Golden is in the stroller đ€Ł you can’t see her and won’t for a while đ€Łđ,” she wrote. “That is Makoa in the bouncer đ€Ł.”
Focusing on Routine
Mahomes seems to be prioritizing establishing a routine with her newborn. She recently shared a boomerang video on her Instagram story of herself at the gym, pushing a stroller. The caption read, “My fav workout partner đ€,” referencing Golden Raye.
Other Mahomes Children in the Spotlight
While Golden will remain out of the public eye for now, the couple’s other two children, Sterling Skye, 4, and Patrick “Bronze” Lavon III, 2, have been frequently featured on social media. Recently, Brittany shared footage from Sterling’s Bluey-themed fourth birthday party.
A Glimpse of Golden
Though full photos of Golden are being withheld, fans have caught a few glimpses of the newest Mahomes family member. The couple announced Golden’s birth in January with a photo of her feet. Brittany also shared a photo of Sterling holding Golden for Sterling’s 4th birthday.
